The Voice goes by many names, but never its true one around humans. Younger V̵̳̮̇o̷̳̬͗i̵̖̺̍͝d̵̠̋̚ Dwellers tend to see it as a parental figure and dub it Mother or Father, but older ones learn how to listen to it less. Its form, too, depends on what is seeing it. There is never one consistent form for the Voice. Each perception is as unique as a snowflake.

Every creature spawned from the V̵̳̮̇o̷̳̬͗i̵̖̺̍͝d̵̠̋̚ can hear and talk to the Voice in their head. Cryptids, too, can still hear this Dweller. The Organization still gets it wrong in thinking that the Voice is anywhere near the oldest Dweller. Some think it even created the V̵̳̮̇o̷̳̬͗i̵̖̺̍͝d̵̠̋̚. This is not the case.

It was shown to be jealous and hateful of the Waking World in the past, and its influence was (wrongly) presumed to be the main reason cryptids opt toward violent acts in order to stay alive. The Voice has been considered a Breaker for eons… but it hasn’t been heard much at all since the second End-All Incident.

Drawing it is a fool’s errand, as its form often changes to embody one’s fear. However, an attempt to capture it in the midst of shifting forms is provided here.

The Voice. It seems to be a nearly symmetrc deep ink blot, smudged and and shaped to be a squid or a person. It's up to interpretation.

It will talk like a human. It will be as manipulative as a human. The general advice is to not listen to it, even if it starts to make sense. The Organization pushes the idea that all it wants is ruin.
